Summary of Position:
The Account Executive (Digital) position is focused on hunting for and securing digital growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Pursue and secure new digital growth opportunities, with a laser focus on driving measurable results
- Identify, qualify, and close deals with a sales-minded approach
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships for growth
- Woo potential partners and clients, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual benefit
- Possess business acumen, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven strategies to maximize impact
- Resilient creative-problem solver who is comfortable with initial "no's" and undeterred by challenges
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Preferred, but not required; Bachelor’s in Business or Communications (emphasis in marketing or management); or Minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience.
- Preferred, but not required; 1-2 years sales experience
- Special interest in innovation and technology
- CPG knowledge/understanding of CPG industry
- A positive attitude with the ability to manage healthy business practices by growing and working harmoniously as part of a larger team.
- Marketing or project management experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate desire for continuous learning, improvement and growing your business
