Your Role at Verde:

As our Site Supervisor, you’ll dive into exciting responsibilities, including:

Leading with Purpose: Help recruit, schedule, and train a fantastic crew of custodial employees, guiding them to success.
Hands-On Leadership: Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed—your hands-on approach sets the tone for your team.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations, while maintaining high service standards.
Motivating Your Crew: Foster a positive work environment that embodies our “Verde Vibes”—support our mission, make work fun, and radiate good energy!

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in janitorial operations (preferred)
1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial roles (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
