About the Job
The Human Resources Generalist, reporting to the CA Manufacturing Manager and Director of Human Resources, operates with minimal supervision and plays a crucial role in HR-related functions for the Dixon plant. Responsibilities encompass various areas including benefits communication, training, performance management, employee relations, recruitment/employment, and compliance with employment laws. This role involves collaborating with subsidiary HR and payroll functions, ensuring adherence to company values and policies, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees. Key duties include overseeing recruitment, providing guidance to HR representatives, and ensuring compliance with state and company HR policies. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in communication, math, reasoning, and computer skills, including HRIS systems. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is desirable. Additionally, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and regular onsite attendance are required.
