Position Scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and managing client relationships.
- Proactively maintain regular communication with clients to exchange operational information and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Respond attentively to client questions, requests, and needs via phone, email, and tickets, fostering strong operational relationships.
- Receive and oversee the resolution of client complaints, providing feedback as necessary in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Process and manage client orders, including order intake, stock allocation, and administrative handling in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Release orders in the WMS for fulfillment at warehouse locations.
- Schedule rush, express, and road transport services using the Transport Management System (TMS), and follow up on Will Call (WCOC) orders and rush orders.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of orders through the WMS, adjusting priorities and plans as needed in consultation with the supervisor.
- Address and resolve disruptions or changed priorities in collaboration with the warehouse team and supervisor.
- Coordinate various sub-processes and identify bottlenecks in operational procedures, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate entry, update, and maintenance of client data in the information system.
- Record and track settled questions, complaints, and client agreements.
- Maintain record-keeping and archiving, prepare standard customer reports, and handle data processing from files and archives.
- Execute other administrative tasks as needed.
