Retail Pathway:


Become a pivotal part of our network as a New Retail Agent. Leverage your interpersonal skills and ambition to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Combined with industry leading compensation to grow your book of business. As a Retail Agent, you'll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to a wide range of products to assist customers in protecting what matters most to them. Retail Pathway Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships through yourself and your team by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging our suite of insurance products.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You and your team provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, claims, and policy changes promptly and accurately.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Goal Achievement: You and your team meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Acquisition Pathway Responsibilities:


  • Business Expansion: You and your team identify and acquire new customers while leveraging existing networks to expand the client base.
  • Agency Development: Grow agency operations by recruiting, training, and supporting agents in achieving business goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency performance and market penetration.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
