Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant with experience in building materials sales to enrich our elite team. This role is crucial for cultivating and maintaining relationships with dealers, builders, developers, contractors, and the architectural community, ultimately driving the sales of our luxury window products in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish high-volume, profitable sales targets within northern New Jersey
- Develop and sustain productive relationships, ensuring product specification, purchase, and usage.
- Uncover and leverage sales opportunities
- Promote brand awareness and value proposition in the local trade industry.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and assist with specification and installation procedures.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for effective project delivery.
- Serve as a field expert for our luxury window products.
- Manage and execute commercial sales initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, particularly within building materials or fenestration industries.
- Quick learning ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology and relevant software (Microsoft Office, CRM software)
- Valid driver’s license
