Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + Bonuses, Commissions, etc.

About The Role:
As an Outbound Sales Rep, you’ll play a vital role in our client experience, acting as the welcoming voice for prospective clients. You will call out to our leads who may have gone cold and be an introduction point to Mosley Wealth Management. This is more than just a scheduling role—you’ll be actively calling out to prospects and converting them into clients!
What You'll Do:
- Engage with prospective clients from various lead generation channels (TV, radio, online).
- Accurately gather and enter client information into our systems.
- Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for new clients.
- Coordinate appointments between potential clients and our financial advisors.
- Support a collaborative and friendly team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills—friendly, personable, and professional on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus.
