Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962 and has 20 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

Position Description:

Residential Water Treatment Consultant offering a variety of water treatment solutions including water softeners and safe, healthy drinking water systems.

· Follows a proven methodology to discover water problems and apply Culligan Ultrapure solutions that solve for water problems. Uses technical water testing and demonstrations.

· Develop a solid marketing plan that will consistently self-generate new leads and maintain lead conversion ratios for company-provided leads.

Job Qualifications:

  • Individual must live in the area.
  • BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
  • Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
  • Community involvement.
  • Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
  • Valid driver’s license

Salary & Benefits:

  • Commission based – guaranteed commission draw position.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance

  • 4.5 Day work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
