Responsibilities

Lead Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales team.

Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to drive engagement and conversion.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and results to the management team.

Requirements

Sales Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field is beneficial.

Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and generating results.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients effectively.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Brusly, Louisiana office.
