Priority-1, Inc. (“P1”) is a U.S. based freight services company that specializes in offering full service, nationwide logistics services to its customers and focuses on Less Than Truckload, Truckload and Expedited services. Priority-1 Canada, Inc. (“P1-Canada”) is P1’s newest business unit based in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec.
Priority-1 Canada is seeking Full-Time Junior Inside Sales Representatives to operate the new business unit in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, with an emphasis on inbound and outbound Canadian shipments.

Under the supervision of the Phil Smythe, the duties and responsibilities of the Junior Inside Sales Representatives include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and developing strong relationships with potential customers
- Develops lead generation, utilizes CRM to track activity and converts leads;
- Sells and onboards up new accounts, trains customers on use and advantages of web-based shipping and technology
- Maintains and grows existing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Works closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience, and smooth execution of shipments
- Provides regular sales updates and metrics as required

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum One (1) year of sales experience or similar experience preferred;
- Results-driven and energetic self-starter with the ability to execute tasks and deliver results as part of a winning team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to strategize, identify opportunities and develop solutions;
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills
- Strategic relationship builder with a strong focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers
- High Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and
- Proficiency CRM software is an asset
Physical Requirements:
This position requires long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation, communicating via phone and email.
