Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, account management, and the ability to conduct product demos effectively. Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Manage existing accounts while developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong skills in technical sales with the ability to understand complex products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Experience with account management and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
