As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish new business opportunities.
- Manage outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
- Implement territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications necessary.
- 7-10 years of overall combined sales and management experience.
- Sales experience within the accounting industry preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, experienced using culture to incentivize and reward performance.
- Strong business acumen with proven financial performance.
- Demonstrated competency in budgeting, data analytics, and product management.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.

Pay: $68,722.00 - $82,289.00 per year
