Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in developing client relationships. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within designated territories. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish new business opportunities.
  • Manage outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Implement territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications necessary.
  • 7-10 years of overall combined sales and management experience.
  • Sales experience within the accounting industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, experienced using culture to incentivize and reward performance.
  • Strong business acumen with proven financial performance.
  • Demonstrated competency in budgeting, data analytics, and product management.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,722.00 - $82,289.00 per year
