Key Responsibilities
- Strategic In-Store Execution: Craft and implement merchandising strategies to elevate the customer experience and amplify brand presence. Organize and lead consumer and store events to stimulate engagement and promote product discovery.
- Promotional Management: Develop and oversee promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales. Ensure that promotions are well-coordinated, timely, and effectively communicated to both retail partners and consumers.
- Resource Management and Team Leadership: Manage logistics for all marketing materials, ensuring the success of in-store and promotional activities. Recruit, train, and supervise internal and external teams, including brand ambassadors, aligning efforts to achieve marketing objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with retail partners, offering comprehensive support for merchandising, promotions, and logistical challenges. Use these partnerships to identify growth opportunities and expand product reach.
- Store Launches and Success: Spearhead new store launches, guaranteeing a smooth introduction of Prime Roots products into new markets. Monitor store performance, devising strategies for continuous success and expansion.
- In-Store Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training for retail staff to ensure they are well-informed about Prime Roots products and promotions. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and offering in-store assistance to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to synchronize strategies and deliver comprehensive partner support. Facilitate cross-team communication to leverage feedback and foster product and service improvements.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize consumer insights and sales data to compile comprehensive reports on account performance, promotional efficacy, and market trends. Apply insights to improve strategies and in-store implementations.
- Consumer Insights and Data Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior and sales trends to steer marketing strategies, improve customer experiences, and anticipate market movements. Conduct detailed data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and refine marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, merchandising, or related field, preferably within the food industry.
- Expertise in promotional management and execution of marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of building effective teams and managing complex relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to oversee multiple projects and initiatives.
- Passionate about sustainability and the promotion of plant-based nutrition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time.
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid drivers license
