TC operates nationally specializing in professionally managed services geared towards healthcare companies. TC offers a wide array of services from healthcare advertising (TC Digital focused on Digital Marketing) to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) service (TC Medical) that creates new income streams for health centers, hospitals, and other health practices all across the country. Our client base and service offerings are growing quickly and we need a dedicated, skilled, and hard-working team that can grow right along with us.

Client Success Manager Position Available

We are looking for a sharp Client Success Manager who will have excellent customer-facing skills, as well as have a product management background or be comfortable with product management tasks.

Simply put, our client success managers are responsible for customer-retention and do whatever they can to ensure that a company's current customers are satisfied with their products or services.

Client success managers serve as liaisons between a company's upper management and customers, and as the first line of defense whenever potential problems arise. They are expected to be proactive as well as reactive to handle customers' concerns and find new ways to prevent these problems from occurring in the future.

Prior customer service experience is essential for this position, and most employers prefer those who have leadership qualities and at least three years of direct customer service experience. Familiarity with computers, Ad Network and business software is generally required, such as Office software (Microsoft Word), Ad Networks (Google Ads), and business software (HubSpot).

Customer Success Manager Tasks

  • Act as point-of-contact for customers, presenting monthly reports, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback.
  • Review and assess customer’s reporting & progress then offer recommendations based on results. These recommendations will translate into new product and service sales opportunities for which CSMs will be compensated.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and return on investment while enhancing our customer’s experience.
  • Define business objectives for the customer and develop a strategic direction for success.
  • Project Management: Serve as the initial point of communication for all customer projects and services. Communicated with internal teams such as digital specialists & copywriting to communicating with 3rd party vendors when services are outsourced.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring we keep them within the onboarding window
  • Generate custom quarterly, Semi Annual, & EOY Board of Directors reports for each customer assigned.

Skills:

· Microsoft Office

· Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot is Preferred

· Google Ads Knowledge

· Presentation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
