Longterm Technology Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and driven Enterprise Software Sales Manager with a passion for industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence within specific industries such as Smart Manufacturing and Line Builder OEM/Suppliers by selling our advanced industrial simulation and virtual commissioning solutions.
With over 5-10 years of experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions, the ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, manage long sales cycles (6-18 months), and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth for industry software solutions across assigned territories and verticals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, offering strategic guidance to meet team objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across C-suite, IT, operations, and engineering.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure profitable, sustainable business.
- Foster customer loyalty through ongoing engagement and delivery of value-driven software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and post-sale adoption of solutions.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, automation, and engineering sectors.
- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling software solutions.
- Lead market entry efforts in new regions by leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Present and demonstrate the value of software solutions to executive stakeholders at prospective companies.
Market Intelligence & Industry Expertise
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide insights into market opportunities, client needs, and potential product development areas based on direct client feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor messaging and campaigns to target relevant industry sectors and decision-makers.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track performance and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead internal sales meetings to update stakeholders on performance, forecasts, and strategic plans
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise software solutions in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industries such as manufacturing, automation, engineering, and related sectors.
- Sales Leadership: Proven track record in leading a high-performance sales team, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Expertise: Experience in managing complex, high-value sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement (C-suite, IT, Operations, Procurement).
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, such as industrial simulation, digital twin, SaaS platforms, and ERP/MES systems.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts with key decision-makers.
- CRM Proficiency:Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting solutions to executive-level clients.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing, high-tech environment.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
