About Aleca Home Health:

Aleca Home Health is a rapidly growing Home Health agency serving patients across the Willamette Valley and Portland Metro area. We pride ourselves on being a Medicare & CHAP certified Home Health agency committed to providing "Care with Compassion" to our community. Our comprehensive services include nursing, physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy, social work, and home health aides, all delivered in the comfort of our patients' residences.

Role Summary:

As a Home Health Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's census development and market penetration. Your primary objective will be to ensure high admissions for our Home Health team by cultivating strong relationships with referral hospital personnel, surgeons/physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare partners. We're especially seeking sales professionals with a proven track record of success in Home Health sales.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing experience in a related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical practices, terminology, and procedures, along with a thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to home health.
  • Basic clinical assessment skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement systems, managed care, commercial healthcare contracts, admissions processes, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and insured vehicle in accordance with state requirements.
