Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Must be located in Florida. on the road position for local appointments set in Florida.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in residential solar
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficiency in Enerflo or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desired
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
