Club Pilates White Bear Lake is searching for a confident and energetic person to join ourSales Associate Team. The ideal candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic team member, showing passion and support for our members. Club Pilates is the nation's largest and fastest growing Pilates franchise with over 800+ locations across 10 countries.

POSITION : The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants. Present available services to current and prospective members.
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio, merchandise, and other duties as assigned.
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Evening and weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
