Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and medical sales sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in account management and product demonstrations, along with exceptional organizational skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth within the client base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using office software such as Word.
  • Lead training sessions for junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Experience in packaging sales or material handling sales is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting engaging product demos that resonate with clients.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
