Job Description
Regular Sales-related responsibilities:
· Manage and lead the facilitation of RFP (or similar sales) processes
· Manage Sales related-tools as the Main Admin (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)
· Create and present Sales reports from HubSpot
· Analyzing HubSpot data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
· Organize and maintain inventory of Sales presentation materials (one pagers, sales decks, etc.)
· Support VP of Sales with forecasting and data analysis
· Assist with account research and planning
· Develop outreach strategies for top target accounts across key verticals
· Research, analyze and document competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities for Sales
· Provide other administrative support to Sales as needed
Event and Marketing related responsibilities:
· Administrative and organizational support for events (conferences, webinars, special events, etc.)
· Creation and distribution of sales materials for events (ex: booth, signage, posters, merchandise, etc.) and other sales enablement efforts (ex: brochure, partnership PR release, etc.)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Partner with marketing to ensure seamless lead generation and qualification
· Work with finance to manage sales incentives and commission calculations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
· Expertise in CRM systems and sales automation tools
· Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
· Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
