To excel in this role as a Sales Coordinator, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant working experience, or alternatively, 4+ years of work history in Business Administration or Customer Service fields. Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with customers and internal staff members. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with a deep understanding of sales data, margin, and inventory formulas, is crucial.
Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, specifically in Vlookup and Pivot Tables, is required. A strong work ethic, quick learning aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are key attributes that will contribute to success in this role.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
