Summary: Works to improve an organization's market position and achieves financial growth.
Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies
business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive
knowledge of current market conditions by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Responsible for generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing
prospects.*
2. Responsible for presenting to senior decision makers within agencies and media
owners.*
3. Responsible for understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in
the communications industry and agency market.*
4. Identifies areas for expansion and development.*
5. Responsible for developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to also
encompass regional and international agencies/media owners and fosters growth in
these key areas for the future.*
6. Creates weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month
reports on revenue and market performance.*
7. Delivers against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.*
8. Works closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant
prospects.*
9. Inputs into sales and marketing collateral how the business positions itself for various
audiences.*
10. Maximizes networking opportunities and regularly uses conferences, events, and trade
shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.*
11. Performs other related duties as assigned as the need arises and per the programmatic
needs.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum 2 to 3 years' e x p e r i e n c e w i t h i n b u s i n e s s development/new business or account management role with face-to-face experience being imperative
- Experience within the media, marketing, and communications world preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Behavioral health hospital: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Tennessee: Relocate before starting work (Required)
