Job Summary:
As an Account Executive with Trucordia, you will be joining a small, hardworking team of insurance professionals. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales. In addition, you will have diverse responsibilities servicing commercial accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Secure, bind and process existing business, new business and renewals.
  • Service clients by providing endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance and invoices
  • Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention.
  • Provide expertise and answer questions for clients.
  • Collaborate with and mentor colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Valid California Life & Health Insurance License
  • 5-10 years of insurance industry experience within a brokerage
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in medical malpractice insurance
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team, sense of humor a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with client management systems, AMS360 a plus

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 commensurate on experience
