Multi Unit Restaurant Manager - Fast Casual Sushi Restaurants

We are a fast-casual Sushi Restaurant operating in Wynwood, Aventura, Kendall, Fort Lauderdale, and soon Doral and South Beach. At Sushi MAS, we focus on smaller footprints with a dynamic ordering system for dine-in and high volume delivery orders. We pride ourselves on serving the freshest sushi and providing an unparalleled dining or delivery experience that reflects the vibrant Miami culture.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficient in Excel and computer skills

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish

- Strong math and financial management abilities

- 3 years of previous multi-unit or similar experience in restaurants

- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

- Punctual, honest, and positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and embrace change

- Guest-focused mindset

- Ability to train and develop a team

- Strong time management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to motivate others

**Responsibilities:**

- Direct the activities and be measured on the results of the restaurants’ sustainability of food and beverage initiatives, high standards of food and beverage quality, Guest satisfaction scores, service, revenues, and profit margins

- Develop a strategic plan to advance the restaurant’s mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth

- Provide strategic direction for sales, operations, and promotions

- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork, ensure cash handling procedures, maintain and control restaurant assets, and manage food and beverage inventory

- Ensure all team members perform necessary duties promptly and accurately

- Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary

- Able to travel and assist other restaurants when needed

- Work 55 hours per week
