**Job Summary:**
El Paso Furniture & Style is seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our wide range of furniture products while ensuring the store is clean, organized, and inviting for customers. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries to ensure an informed purchase decision.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including arranging displays and ensuring all products are in their proper place.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or damaged items to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and store maintenance.
**Compensation:**
