Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting Vicinia.io’s solutions to meet their transportation management needs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role in the software industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of transportation management solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
