Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a remote sales position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, terms, and conditions
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company goals

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
