Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive marketing initiatives and brand growth for our company. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the tech or IT services sector, with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and drives lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft messaging that effectively communicates our value propositions to target audiences.

Content Marketing

  • Create a content strategy that positions the company as a leader in IT managed services.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce content that educates and informs potential customers on industry trends and best practices.

Lead Generation

  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns, optimizing for high-quality leads that convert to sales opportunities.
  • Implement lead nurturing tactics and automation workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies based on data and insights.

Digital Marketing and SEO

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and display advertising, to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Manage website content and optimization, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to improve digital campaign effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts, customer targeting, and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with product and customer success teams to incorporate feedback and insights into marketing initiatives.
  • Support internal and external events, such as trade shows and webinars, to enhance brand presence and engage prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in the IT or managed services industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related technologies.
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing tactics in a B2B setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
