Position Summary:

Looking for a medical receptionist to join our hard-working team and provide superior customer service, excellent administrative skills and hands-on clinical assistance. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, efficient time management skills and can work well under pressure. We offer a very supportive and positive team environment and look forward to welcoming a new member that brings those same values to the table.

What you will be doing:

  • General administration duties. Managing phone calls, booking & confirming appointments, answering patient inquiries, registering new patients, following up on referrals.
  • Identifying patient care needs.
  • Managing patient flow within the clinic.
  • Obtaining vital signs & collecting medical history with accurate record keeping.


You have:

  • Medical Office Administration Diploma
  • Available to work daytime, evenings and Saturday shifts as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills & applications
  • Willing to learn and work with EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and be flexible in a very active work environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
