At Tonya Kellum Agency, we are dedicated to providing top-notch insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and creating personalized insurance plans for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, networking events)
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of different insurance products
- Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay up to date with insurance regulations and product changes
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry (but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve results
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques

Pay: $65,035.00 - $71,630.00 per year
