Job Summary
Responsible for marketing document management, VOIP Telephone Systems, print management, and fax management software and related services along with other technology products within the assigned territory. Evaluate customers business environment for most effective automation methods/tools and cost savings. Maintain excellent demonstration skills and in-depth product knowledge. Utilize effective sales techniques to penetrate existing accounts and develop new sales.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
SALES ACTIVITES:
- Continually prospect for new business while following up on all leads.
- Uncover new sales opportunities for services and other technology products within the companys existing customer base.
- Proactively manage your sales opportunities to meet and exceed goals.
- Manage and coordinate company resources to customize technology solutions based on customer needs.
- Articulate the unique business value of our proactive services and other technology products.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition of the company and our solution.
- Adopt and execute the companys proven sales process designed to partner with the customer and help to leverage technology to advance their business.
- Participate in sales meetings with other sales representatives as needed.
- Maximize selling time by planning sales calls with definite purpose/products to address.
- Exceed minimum sales quota and expected gross profit margins.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE/SALES SKILLS:
- Keep current on changes in the industry as it related to Eakes product lines as well as competitors.
- Project a professional image to customers at all times.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends and growth opportunities through ongoing personal study and other resources.
- Analyze new manufacturers products as requested.
- Self-evaluate personal sales skills and increase knowledge/awareness as needed.
DOCUMENTATION:
- Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner and submit to proper personnel.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Represent Eakes at industry events, networking events, and new business events.
- Attend all regional sales meetings, departmental meetings, and manufacturer's sales meetings as requested.
- Communicate with the management regarding any problems or concerns about products, procedures, or sales territory management.
OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years selling and marketing managed IT services or other technology products

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
