Job Description:

We are looking for a service driven team member to add value to our team. This person will need to work closely with their designated market to reach out to their book of business, track progress, via spreadsheets, any number of aspects of their evolving market. They will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The role requires a detail oriented person who follows up on specified files until closure. We would like for this employee to ensure excellent service standards, communicate effectively, and maintain high quality of work.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customers with exceptional service, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication to provide an experience that leads to 5 star reviews and/or referrals at the end of the job cycle

· Monitor direct messages from sales reps in order to reach out to homeowners to confirm time/date/all signers present for Design Meeting or in order to answer customer inquiries

· Ensure that meetings are added to specific calendars by field reps and reschedule meetings accordingly should conflicts arise

· Follow up with homeowners throughout the lifecycle of their file from inception to paid in full

· Minimum 60 outbound calls to homeowners per day

· Communicate concerns or needs in an efficient and effective way to necessary parties

· Use multiple CRMs to track and manage accounts

· Other duties as assigned by management

Skills

· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

· Proficient computing skills with web-based software & MS Excel/Google Sheets

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Detail oriented

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· High school diploma
