You will be responsible for selling our full-service payroll and HR solutions including our PEO. We offer a unique fully outsourced model that will differentiate you from the competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, email, and other forms of outreach.
  • Run sales meetings from discovery to demo to closing.
  • Achieve monthly bookings and revenue quotas
  • Develop a deep product knowledge to assist potential clients in evaluating the HR and payroll solutions that best fit their needs.
  • Develop sales and marketing proposals.
  • Educate clients on different benefits offerings and HR services we offer.

  • is the job remote or in-person? the job is in-person and in the field. there is some opportunity for hybrid work after the training period but the bulk of the work will be done in our Irmo office. your territory will expand beyond the midlands but travel will only be local.
  • do you offer training? yes! we will train you how to do things the way we do them.
  • what is the growth potential? we plan to more than double in size in the next two years, anticipate several opportunities for growth including leadership, more responsibility (with more income), and ability to change departments based on individual career goals.
  • what is the base salary? the base is $55 - 60k DOE.
  • do you pay commission? yes, uncapped commissions. First year expected earnings will be $95k - $125k.
  • do you offer benefits? yes, we pay 80% of employee-only healthcare, match 100% up to 4% of retirement plan, unlimited pto plan, and a fully paid trip anywhere in the world at five years of service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least three years of successful sales experience
  • Demonstrated success establishing referral partners
  • Proven track record of solution sales and closing techniques

Pay: $74,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year
