Job Description

Southwind 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a leading professional services company with a mission to revolutionize the industry. We’re dedicated to providing homeowners with a comprehensive, unified solution to effortlessly tend to their home and business needs. We are currently hiring for our Local Sales Agents for our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Sales team.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Confirm job details with customers, including scheduling, pricing, and any specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and provide necessary information for successful job completion.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize lead tracking and job confirmation processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of incoming calls and effectively track leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility and Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers.
