What You’ll Be Doing
1. Sales Support:
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, helping manage schedules, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings for maximum efficiency.
2. CRM Management:
- Own and optimize our Salesforce database, ensuring customer records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to support seamless sales operations.
3. Data Analysis:
- Use your Excel expertise to analyze sales data, generate detailed reports, and deliver valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
4. Order Processing:
- Coordinate order entry, track shipments, and manage customer inquiries to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
5. Cross-Departmental Communication:
- Act as the liaison between sales and other departments, fostering effective collaboration and streamlined communication for cohesive operations.
6. Documentation & Customer Service:
- Create and maintain critical sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations, and provide exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and a commitment to quality in everything you do.

What We Offer
Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $50,000–$70,000 (based on experience), performance-based bonuses, full benefits including 401k, profit-sharing potential, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
