Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition and expand Home Instead’s footprint in the Rockford area.
- Build and nurture relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate referrals and grow our client base.
- Promote Home Instead’s services through networking, community events, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement marketing plans that increase brand visibility and client referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior services, or related industries.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively within the community.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the Rockford community and healthcare market is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
