Technical Sales Representative
Power Lube Industrial, LLC is a leading, Tier-1 supplier of industrial lubrication equipment and a pioneer in the automatic lubrication business. Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin headquarters services all of North America, Mexico, and parts of Central America; employing automated lubrication in almost every business sector spanning hundreds of facilities and thousands of unique applications.
We're seeking an experienced Technical Sales professional to join our team, who will reside in or within commuting distance to the greater Milwaukee metro area and who has the ability to travel. This position will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting our lubrication systems to clients in identified business sectors throughout the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve target sales objectives and expand market share within our target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and presentations to promote our products, address customer concerns, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management on progress towards targets and potential areas of improvement.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and maintain accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, but will consider any 4-year degree with the right industrial plant experience
- At least 3 years experience in industrial sales
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM programs
- Ability and willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
