PROJECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Imperial Crane Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated sales professional with Crane rental experience. This position requires the ability to develop accounts in heavy industrial markets with high potential for repeat business to develop a customer base for crane services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routinely visit existing and potent customers to review project goals and objectives
- Seek out and identify bid opportunities for the rental of cranes
- Responsible for sales presentations if needed
- Cultivate customer relationships in an effort to be the preferred vendor
- Negotiate rental rates within company policy
- Attend pre-job meetings as necessary
- Report to Senior Managers regarding account activity
- Work with clients via phone, e-mail, and in-person
- Perform marketing research and compose reports reflecting findings
- Work closely with project managers to maintain continuous knowledge of project progress

- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in AutoCAD and 3D Lift Plans beneficial but not required
- Previous experience in the construction or similar industry
- 2-3 years of proven outside sales success

Salary based on experience plus commission
