Job Description
The Leasing Agent is the primary sales representative whose duties are to professionally present the features and benefits of the homes and secure lease agreements.
Duties include:
Answer incoming phone calls and encourage prospective residents to visit the property.
Process all lease applications, assist with application verification and complete in a timely manner.
Greet prospective residents and determine their needs and preferences by showing them available units.
Collect monthly rent and bank deposits as needed
Data Entry
Record bills into our software
Prepare and deliver notices as needed to residents
Physically inspect the property grounds and pick up litter and report any deficiencies to supervisor.
Conduct marketing/advertising for each property
Communicate effectively with supervisor
Perform Move-in and Move-out Inspections
Inspect vacant units weekly and touchup areas as needed
Assume additional duties as assigned and/or required.
Candidate must be organized, dependable, have basic computer knowledge, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
