What You'll Do:

Seek Out Opportunities: Scout high-potential real estate investments across 3+ U.S. states, with expansion opportunities on the horizon.
Respond Swiftly: Act on all incoming leads promptly, keeping the momentum going to secure new deals.
Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with potential sellers, overcoming objections to close deals confidently.
Stay Organized: Use our CRM daily to track and manage leads, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Analyze Market Data: Conduct research, analyze comparable property values, and assess property conditions through data, site visits, and market trends.
Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding sellers through a seamless transaction process with professionalism and reliability.
Reputation Excellence: Represent Americas Home Offer with integrity, professionalism, and a strong grasp of investment real estate.

What We're Looking For:

A background in sales (1+ year preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates eager to learn!)
A desire to master real estate, driven by ambition and a love for closing deals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
