Who we are looking for:

This position is an individual contributor who reports to the CRO.

The Enterprise Account Executive is a high-impact position combining equal parts relationship management and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in a SaaS technology company where they have demonstrated an ability to drive growth in their assigned accounts and territory. This person will work best in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology-driven environment to effectively manage many accounts.

You will deliver programmatic engagement with existing Suralink clients to develop and maintain relationships while helping to grow Suralink’s ARR by uncovering additional use cases and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Product Initiatives: Drive the planning and execution of product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Learn the CPA Domain: Develop a deep understanding of the CPA domain best to identify new product opportunities for our core users.
  • Lead Key AI Product Initiatives: Combine a deep understanding of the problem space with generative AI solutions to help CPAs do their jobs better and faster.
  • User-Centric Research: A deep understanding of our core users and Incorporation of user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to align on product vision, strategy, go-to-market plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities.
  • Deliver High-Quality Products: Ensure products meet user needs while mitigating business risks in value, feasibility, and usability.
  • Measure Business Impact: Build products with business outcomes in mind, and then measure whether those outcomes occur.
  • Develop Product Vision: Define and communicate the long-term vision of your product area and translate that into executable roadmaps.
  • Train Internal Teams: Educate sales, support, and consulting teams on new technology to ensure they can sell, troubleshoot, and use it effectively.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy and innovation.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • Product Management Experience: 8+ years in product management, preferably in enterprise-level software-as-a-service.
  • Generative AI or ML Experience: 2+ years of experience working with and delivering GAI or ML solutions to the market.
  • Product Analytics Experience: Hands-on experience with product analytics software (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo) is preferred.
  • Proven Leadership: A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving strategy and fast-paced execution.
  • Business Case Development: Ability to establish business cases, validate hypotheses, and grow features from inception to market scalability.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for constant optimization and improvement, steadily focusing on customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven success in influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed global organization environment.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities. While owning the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our products or services' features, benefits, and value.
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on Suralink’s sales methodology and metrics to include client fit and success criteria
  • Position Suralink’s value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking these benefits back to the key business issues of the prospect/client
  • Expand the Suralink solution beyond the functionality introduced during the implementation process and consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending, and upselling new Suralink products, services, and partner solutions.
  • Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding
  • Manage customer needs for engagement with other Suralink resources, such as professional services, training, product management, and marketing
  • Enlist customers to participate and/or speak at Suralink and partner events
  • Provide accurate, timely reports and forecasts, as needed, for management
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Suralink’s products and services
  • Maintain current and accurate account information, as well as leads and follow-ups for assigned clients in the CRM database
  • Manage overall customer loyalty as an internal advocate and client escalation point.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to position our offerings and identify new opportunities effectively.


Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of Enterprise sales experience in consultative sales, preferably within a SaaS model

  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding individual sales targets and quotas
  • Ability to manage a large volume of concurrent client relationships
  • Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to the clients; business optimization processes
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary. This position attends industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with tools such as Google Suite, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Kixie, Chili Piper, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
