Job Description
We are searching for a Sales Representative that will be responsible for staying informed about our client’s products and services in order to effectively communicate their benefits to qualified prospects within the Sacramento market. You will have the opportunity to present a range of services, including insulation, roofing, windows, HVAC systems, exterior painting, and home remodeling, all while facilitating the generation of new leads and contributing to the overall success of the campaign.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our client’s offerings, including their home improvement services, and stay current on market trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to qualified decision-makers, highlighting the value of the products and services offered.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistency, efficiency, and timely follow-through with prospects, from initial contact through to lead conversion.
- Work closely with your Sales Manager to refine sales techniques, improve performance, and contribute to the overall success of the campaign.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market to help tailor your approach and maximize customer engagement.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Strong background in sales, with the ability to network effectively and build relationships with decision-makers. Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new products and services to enhance your ability to represent the client with authority and confidence.
- Ability to travel locally within your designated territory to meet with clients and conduct presentations.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
