- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales or software solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
