Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our technology and software offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for outreach.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales or software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
