Compensation:

$92,000 - $111,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and Leads - No cold Calling.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize your income and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required – if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
