Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals along side CEO while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in business development and relationship management.
- Proficient in using a CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

What it takes to be a Sales Development Rep (RDR)
The highest performers have the following characteristics:
- Work ethic - We don’t care much about hours worked, as long as you have strong results.
- Ambition - The world bends to give ambitious people what they want when their vision is strong enough. No ID has a very exciting vision for the future and we need people with equally ambitious visions for themselves.
- Curiosity - Asking questions is one of the most valuable and important skills anyone can have, and it’s even more crucial in a company as fast-moving as No ID. Curiosity helps us serve our customers better, improves office communication, and just makes life here more interesting.
- Confidence - “Don't walk into a place like you wanna buy it, walk in like you already own it.” - Matthew McConaughey.
- Outgoing/Social - This may seem like an odd one, but we’ve seen a very strong correlation between being social and performing at the highest levels. Not completely sure why this is but right now that’s what the numbers are saying. This doesn’t mean you need to be a social butterfly, but carrying on an interesting conversation will definitely help.
- Competitive - No ID is here to win. Every top performer at No ID has a very high drive to be the best.
- A few other things to keep in mind: You will make calls, send emails, ask for referrals, run meetings, close sales, dominate goals, use a CRM, and make money. Most people already understand that, but just wanted to include them just in case there was confusion about the role.

● Morning person, work hours are typically 9am-3pm (flexible hours)

PAY: COMMISSION BASED (Monthly residuals)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
