Pro Tile Distributors Inc (ProSpec LLC) is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to expand the development of project specifications.
We have an extensive offering to promote finished goods from world class manufacturers such as ceramic and porcelain tile, setting materials, quartz countertops, poured in place and precast terrazzo, LVP, engineered wood and more with current success in regional markets.

Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to
- Support the project specification process
- Coordinating regular field sales activities including prospect and lead generation.
- Conducting in person presentations throughout the week
- Identify, qualify, and at times close opportunities with existing and new clients and customers.
- Proactively develop, track, and grow across the market with our office to support administratively.
- Hand delivering product samples and discussing project opportunities.
- Continually build a proactive pipeline of new and existing clients, accounts, and projects.
- Monitor current and potential specifications within the market and collaborate with other team members to secure project specification and sale.
- Conduct technical product presentations with a high degree of knowledge.
- Introduce new products, programs, promotions and specification tools to architects, owners, and developers routinely.
- Communicate with clients and accurately as well as timely follow up.
- Document information in the system with support of administrative staff.

Requirements:
- You must already be eligible to work in the United States of America and be in the New York Metro area
- Ability and willingness to travel to all Company locations as required for the position.
- Bachelor?s Degree preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- 3+ years in commercial construction product sales
- Exceptional professional presence and communication skill, both written and oral, is critical.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to be a team player and work with others
- Ability to lift samples 20+ lbs
- Ability to travel to clients
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Must demonstrate ability and experience
- Job Type: Full-time ? 8 hour day ? Monday through Friday
