Responsibilities:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Ability to achieve high sales targets

Requirements:
Sales experience or call center experience is a plus but not required.

• Insurance experience is plus, but also not required.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Must be coachable!
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined.

Are leads provided?

Yes! I provide Internet Leads, Social Media Leads, Leads from Events, Referral programs and more to keep you busy! You are always encouraged to bring in your own leads as well.

Is this a Work-From-Home Job?

NO. This is an in-office, in-person role on the Far East area of El Paso (location change coming soon).

What does the day to day look like?

Outbound calls are the bulk of your day! Following up with clients, managing leads, participating in team meetings, continued trainings, and quoting will be the main tasks!

I am Jasmine Huff, the Agent and Business Owner, my background is in training new Insurance Sales Representatives. I am a trainer and coach that loves to help you get better at what you do! I am a highly motivated individual with HUGE goals so am looking for those that are also driven.
