Job Summary:
Sumer Flooring Installation LTD. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects and helping customers in our showroom. Our showroom is quite clean and new.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support in business development efforts.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and secure appointments for the sales team.
- Update customer information in the Salesforce CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

- Our business is specialized in interior design and construction for commercial, residential and custom project. - Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
