We are currently seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us expand our client base.

Job Description:

As an Experienced Sales Representative for our Freight Brokerage division, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through expert freight solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the freight, transportation, or logistics industry and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight services.
  • Identify and solve clients’ logistical challenges by offering tailored freight solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Provide detailed reports and forecasts on sales activities and pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of freight brokerage processes, market trends, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
