We are a locally owned shed company that has been in business since 2016. We specialize in manufactured portable buildings that can be delivered to nearly any residential home. Job Description

Urban Shed Concepts LLC is looking for a motivated and successful sales representative to convert customer leads into opportunities and drive sales of our high value sheds.. The right person is responsive with tenacity, focus, and attention to detail that ensures thoroughly connecting with all leads(inbound or in person), qualifying them, and working them to a close.

Primary Job responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into sales through online shed design tools, emails, phone calls and text messaging.
  • Track and document lead interaction and development in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Generate and submit quotes and orders with proper documentation using our sales tools (online portal with drag and drop 3D)

Job Requirements

  • You are extraordinary at building rapport quickly with individuals. You ask enough questions, great questions to qualify inbound leads. You enjoy helping a prospect solve a problem with a top-quality product. You exceed at selling value and differentiating yourself and the products with consumers without sounding salesy.
  • You can follow a workflow on the telephone to sound conversational, not scripted. You are supportive of the prospects needs and you have an innate ability to determine if the prospect is a good fit for your product.
  • You understand how to work with an operations team who is trained to support your revenue growth. You are coachable and open to new ideas that will make you more successful. You understand you are a key player on a sales team.
  • You have the ability and desire to build, follow and adjust sales processes as needed
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity
  • Must be self motivated, a quick learner and have a desire to build and grow with the position
  • Must be outcome focused while keeping in mind the mission and vision of the company as a whole

Details

  • Pay structure
  • $600/week +4% for 4 weeks
  • $300/week + 5% after 4 weeks
  • $150/week + 5.5% after 8 weeks
  • 6% commission after 12 weeks
  • Can go full commission at any time, but can’t go back
  • Typical deal size is around $5,400. Sales cycle is about 30 days.

This is a remote job with occasional in person meet ups with customers at our sales lot

Job Type: Full-time

  • Commission pay
